For those who love hand made lace.
I have learned a knot for use in outlining in pulled thread work, and don't know its name. I learned it from somebody's embroidery knot page, but whose? There are so many out there, plus all those videos, that I have lost track of where I learned it and hence can't go back and find out the easy way. I'm hoping somebody here will recognize it. The drawing is to the best of my ability.

I don't recognize this one. Sharon Boggon has a site with lots of stitches. Let me see if I can find her site.
Here it is:
Thank you! I will check it out.
Still don't know what the one in the photo above and in the diagram is called, but by careful study of the Palestrina diagram by Lorelei at the Lynxlace page, this one, images-PT+stitch-diagrams/Palestrina.jpg: I finally learned how to do it! And I am tickled pink. I will post a photo after I manage to get an even line of them.
Here is the exact link to the outline stitches. Scroll down a bit to find Palestrina knot.
