Romanian Point Lace is a variation of tape lace in which the tape is a crocheted cord. A specific cord (Romanian Cord) is used that can be raveled from either end. This aids in making outlines that appear continuous. Spaces within the tape outlines are completed with needle lace fillings hence the attribution Point Lace.
