For those who love hand made lace.
Verona
Welcome. Please read all the NOTES. They explain our policies, and how the software works. Join any groups that interest you. We do have groups for BEDFORDSHIRE and for HONITON.
For floral Bedfordshire I recommend Underwood's INTRODUCING TRADITIONAL BEDFORDSHIRE IN 20 LESSONS. I have it and have worked through the first 9 lessons. but I haven't actually worked any floral yet. I also have Scheele-Kerkhof's FLORAL BEDFORDSHIRE. Her designs appear to be completely within the tradition in terms of design. There are also lots of diagrams at the beginning of the book, which do explain many of the problems. Perhaps your interest in this will inspire me to go further.
My work, limited as it is:

Post some photos of your lace. We would all love to see it.
