I am open to possibilities, I have a few ideas but need to learn more about lace. Kinda fascinated with a few techniques though

I make pottery and lately I have been collecting scraps of lace to press into clay. Then I make treasure jars or lidded pots and glaze and fire them. I have become obsessed with the gorgeousness of handmade (even machine made) lace and want to learn more about it and the pieces I find and collect.
