I have made lace since 2004, I belong to OIDFA, member of AC. At the moment I am a member of board of two Estonian bobbin lace associations.
I teach lace and also collect lace from different countries. In Flickr I have an album of lace works, both mine and those of others.

Your work here is simply beautiful...! I can see that you are quite experienced in lace making. I would like to make a tie for myself, but have never seen a pattern for one anywhere. I have so many books and if there is a pattern in one of them for a tie I have missed it. I want to try that Hinojosa Lace so bad that today I ordered one of the smaller ones just to see if I really like it or not.
What kind of lace is that you used for the ties and that red piece? It sure looks very close together. Very nice looking too.

I enjoyed looking at your flickr photos. I will go back and look some more, again. Are you aware of Gon Homburg's freehand lace patterns which she has been posting? If you have any questions about our site, contact me and I will try to help.
