"If I understand your question, I would say there is no hard and fast rule. You don't need to put an extra twist on the weaver as it goes around the pin, but you can. Every little thing you do does have an effect on the result.
Im still new to Twist Cross , since i now have a Spanish pillow that I love. I’m unsure doing a half stitch fan- do I need to put on two twists as go around the curve or since the next stitch begins with a twist do I just keep going’s?See More

I leaned bobbin lace several years ago but only did it now and then. I returned to lacemaking a couple of years ago and an enjoying relearning Discovered I really like bedfordshire, which I thought I could not do.
