This is the first piece I've done from this book, and was surprised to find a piece with a feature of period lace in a Torchon book. The introduction of the book states that the patterns include antique and traditional patterns and from antique clothing, but I'd love to know which are based on the oldest source material and which are newer (and what she means by "antique"). The text does not go into this any further.
